Request a redemption statement

Use this form to request a redemption statement for a mortgage held with The Mortgage Works.

You can request a redemption statement up to 30 days in advance. It's valid for 30 days, or until an overpayment or regular monthly payment is made.

After the 30 days, you can use the daily rate of interest (DRI) on the redemption statement to work out the outstanding balance.
